Scotland - Fife to Edinburgh

Rosslyn Chapel has been in the ownership of the one family since it was built and is still used today as a place of worship. The oldest part is the underground crypt. It was built for the Prince of Orkney, Sir William St Clair in 1446 and when he  died in 1484 he was buried within.
